Leela Infopark building in technopark – Updates

4,60,000 Sq.ft Info Complex in Technopark belonging to Leela Group. It would be the next attraction in technopark. but it seems they are utilizing the space in its maximum. this building is situated near to the NILA, and there is no clues on its parking facilities so far. it seems some of its initial storeys will be used for the parking purpose. Its a good sign of interest by the business players who is willing to invest in technopark, trivandrum. It may be the first building in technopark built by a third party for the rental of IT infrastructure.

This building is constructing by the SI Property as a Turnkey (Contract) project.

Leela Group’s building in Technopark

The Leela group has plans to invest around Rs.260 crores in augmenting the IT infrastructure in Technopark and InfoPark. they would create a combined workspace of 12,37,000 sq. ft. at the two parks. The Leela Group has already commissioned a 1,37,000 sq ft building at Infopark called Leela Info Park in seven acres of land. This is the first block in a series of three blocks. The building has been taken up in whole by Outsource Partners International. The construction work on the second block, with a workspace of 3,50,000 sq. ft.
